Terms and Conditions
No TPA Payments and No Assistance Slots
- Clients must be prepared to provide their own account and preferred mode of payment
- On the ticketing day, ensure you are available and ready to use your selected payment method.
- Payment information will be collected in real time.Account Security
- Once your ticket is secured, make sure to change your password immediately after the transaction (applies to accounts like GCash, Maya, etc.).Alternative Payment Options
- If you do not have a credit or debit card, our account can be used. In this case, you must pay the ticket price, online fee, and an assistance fee at least 3 to 5 days prior to ticket selling.
Note: A card lending fee of $5 / 250 PHP will apply.Information Requirements

Assistance Fee Per Ticket
- The assistance fee applies to each ticket. Please note that using our ticket purchase assistance does not guarantee a 100% chance of securing tickets, as availability depends on the event.
- We will prioritize securing your preferred seats, and if unavailable, we’ll attempt to secure your alternative options.
- We are not responsible for any errors on the ticket-selling platform, but rest assured we will make every effort to secure your tickets.Payment and Refund Policy
- The 50% assistance fee must be paid upfront to reserve your slot.
- Once sent, the assistance fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including changes in your decision or reasons beyond our control.
- Assistance fees are also non-transferable as they account for our time, effort, and service. Only avail of this service if you are 100% certain about proceeding.Communication on Ticketing Day
- A Telegram channel link will be shared for updates during ticketing.
- If the total client quota for the event is not reached, we will contact you individually.Cancellation Policy
- Strictly no cancellations are allowed once your reservation or slot is confirmed.
- Last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments, including the full amount if already paid.Slot limitations
- We will accept a maximum of 10 slots per event. If the event is in high demand, up to 15 slots will be opened for presale and general sale.
- This policy is in place to ensure our capability and to provide our clients with the assurance that the service is reliable and satisfactory.
